Unfukked Body Mind & Soul was created for people who want something real. Something that doesn’t feel cookie-cutter or stuck in the “perfect yoga body” narrative. The name says it all — it’s a little bold, a little rebellious, and 100% intentional. This space is about you — your body, your goals, your healing. No judgment. No expectations. Just support, growth, and feeling good in your own skin.

Why I Started This

I’ve always loved yoga and meditation, but honestly? Big group classes just didn’t work for me. I wanted something more personal. More connected. I wanted to move and breathe in ways that actually felt right for me — not what someone else decided was “correct.”

So I created Unfukked Body Mind & Soul — a space for real people to reconnect with themselves in a way that fits their lifestyle, their energy, and their needs. Whether you're here to find calm, build strength, reconnect with your body, or just take a breather from the chaos — you're in the right place.

What I Offer

I currently offer:

  • Private & Small Group Yoga — Tailored to your body and your goals. Traditional roots, but flexible in all the right ways.

  • Guided Meditation — For grounding, clarity, and peace of mind.

  • Holistic Wellness Support — Natural, supportive approaches to everyday health and well-being.

Everything is personalized. You don’t have to be flexible. You don’t have to be “fit.” You just have to be you — and open to feeling a little better in body, mind, and soul.

A Bit About Me

My background? Business management. My passion? Helping people feel whole. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve been diving deep into yoga, holistic healing, and natural health — learning, practicing, and growing so I could offer something that actually makes a difference.

Yes, I’ve got a bunch of certifications — and I’m proud of them! But I’m not here to overwhelm you with all that unless you're interested in something more specialized. Here’s what’s in my toolkit:
